How your Quota is Established
It takes 3 rounds to establish your initial quota points.
Once you have completed the initial 3 rounds you will automatically be
capped at +4 on your quota score for the next 3 rounds.
Your quota will then be the average of all future rounds played
up to the most recent 10 rounds.
After 10 rounds your oldest round will drop off as your new round
is posted.
If your name has a "Q" next to it, you have not yet completed
3 rounds and are still establishing your quota.
You can only post 3 points less than your quota once it is established.
If a player moves up a set of tees that player will receive an new quota of 4 points
higher than his/her old quota and will be capped at +4 for four rounds
